In all our engagements, We engage with our client, learn and understand its vision, business environment and key challenges to be overcome; We partner with our client, co-develop engagement objectives, key engagement deliverables and conclude standard service level agreement where appropriate; We assess our skills and competency mix in relation to type of engagement and allocate appropriate resources to achieve engagement objectives; We set out planned key milestones upfront, we feedback continuously and revisit our intervention style together with management to eliminate expectation gaps; We personally present our engagement results, how to interpret our deliverables, and reacting to our recommended improvements. We follow up on progress achieved by implementing our recommended improvements, assess and evaluate effectiveness thereof.
