Seth Radebe CA (SA) :: Managing Director
Seth was a director in the audit division of PKF (JHB) Inc, formerly Fisher Hoffman Inc. He also operated at a role of Engagement Director on JSE listed companies such as Mvelaphanda Group Service Limited and certain HCI and Altech subsidiaries. Seth qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001, having done his Articles with Deloitte & Touché. He worked previously for Deloitte, South African Revenue Services & Auditor General’s Office and has done major private & public sector audit engagements. He studied at the University of Free State (Formally Vista University), University of South Africa & Natal University were he achieved several notable distinctions in the courses he studied. He received numerous awards for academic excellence in his University studies and has extensive experience in both Internal & External Audit environment, Risk Management, Compliance Assessments, Financial Reporting and Taxation regulatory Framework. Seth serves on various boards and Chairs certain audit committees. He previously served as Director of The South African Forestry Company Limited (SAFCOL). He currently serves as Director on the Municipal Demarcation Board & Yebo Yethu (A Vodacom Empowerment Vehicle). He also serves as a performance adviser to various Municipalities. Vincent Ndzimande CA (SA) H.Dip Tax :: Director
Vincent joined Rebahale as a Director in charge of their External Audit and Advisory services division. Vincent served as a Senior Audit Manager at Deliotte & later joined PKF Inc, formally Fisher Hoffman. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002 after completing his articles with Deloitte. He completed his Higher Diploma in Taxation Law with the University of Johannesburg in 2009. He has performed major audit engagements such as Mvelaphanda Group, Ellis Group, Kohler, Nampak, Nedbank, Transnet Limited, Gauteng Department of Education, National Home Builders Council and MBT Technology among others. He has obtained his experience from both private & public sectors and Government institutions both as a Consultant and as an Auditor. Vincent has undertaken a variety of different types of review including but not limited to Compliance, Governance and Business processes. He has also been very instrumental in the development of Risk Management Policies and Strategies for most of his client institutions. Memberships: SAICA, IRBA.
Mnikelo Mazwane CA (SA) :: Director
Mnikelo qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999 after having completed his Articles with Arthur Anderson. He comes as a team player that is dedicated focused and goal oriented with the ability to work both in pressurized and flexible while still displaying principles. He served clients like Macsteel Interior Systems, PG Glass & Golden Lay Eggs. He has worked for big corporate institutions such as the Industrial Development Corporation. From 2003 in public practice at Sekela Consulting (Pty) Ltd, he led a team of eight professionals as the Sekela North West Office Director with clients such as the Provincial Departments of Social Development, Education, Public Works, Transport & community Safety and North West Parks & Tourism Board. Jeffrey Mothuloe CA (SA) :: Technical Director
Jeffrey qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008 after having served his Articles with KPMG. He later joined PKF Inc as the Audit Manager. His major clients included Sasol, Ingwe Mines & Post Office and Samancor among many several mining clients. He has previously also worked as an Educator in Accounting. Jeffery has also worked for the Department of Agriculture as a Principal Economist (Business Developer). Jeffrey will engage as a Technical Director.
